We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To make returns as smooth as possible, please follow the guidelines below.

Return Timeframe

28 Days: You can return your order within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Methods

In-Store: You can return items at our retail store. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
By Post/Courier: Returns via post are at your own expense, but we can arrange collection for an additional fee. Email sales@babycareshop.ie with “RETURN” and your order number in the subject line to initiate the process.

Return Guidelines

Ensure products are packaged in an outer box or protective bag. Items with damaged original packaging or writing on it will not be accepted.
Furniture, assembled items, and opened bedding or breast pumps cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please complete the attached returns form and include it in the box with the returned items.
Customers who change their mind after the goods have been dispatched will receive a refund minus the original shipping costs, as the courier charges for the dispatched items cannot be refunded.
